Frank were made much brighter Wednesday afternoon by Judge Roan’s certification of the defense’s description of the disorder and demonstration in the courtroom on various occasions during Frank’s trial. The judge’s official approval of this fact as a ground for argument will give the defense an invaluable advantage when the arguments begin, and also before the Supreme Court in the event that it becomes necessary to carry the fight for Frank’s life to the higher tribunal.
