Light blue heavy cardboard folder with a silver "Accogrip" closure to secure the papers inside. The inside covers are "glossy." Inside the back cover is a square recognition of the "Accogrip" trademark. There are two holes visible in the outside back cover where the "Accogrip" closure is attached on the inside. There are several faded brown spots, and a 1"x3" label residue located on the front cover. Written in Sharpie along the side: "1904 Directory Reverse." Size: 9" x 11"
